The Key Leaves team attend the 2018 NAMM Show (National Association of Music Merchants) thanks to the gracious invitation of Curt Altarac from Musicmedic.com. Sharing the booth with the MusicMedic team was a true honor because these guys design exceptional repair tools and are well-regarded as one of the finest sax pro shops.
NAMM is a great place to meet players, sax makers, repair techs, retailers, and product makers from around the world. So we did non-stop product demos with all who would listen. One of our instagram videos with the Antiqua Winds 25th Anniversary Model just blew up! We had 45 thousand views in a few days and 56 thousand by the end of NAMM!
Our Trevor James saxophone demo videos ended with a surprising 'small world' moment with our new friend William Zimmerman.
We loved connecting with Key Leaves Artists Eric Marner, J Boykin, Gustavo Bulgach, Darren Motamedy, Darryl Walker, Eddie Baccus Jr., and Isaac S Parham. Several filmed endorsements videos at NAMM, and their help has been amazing to spread the word about Key Leaves!
Rocky Gordon, the founder of the largest saxophone Facebook group visited to check out the Key Leaves product line. Rocky became a big fan and gave us a great shout out to the entire group endorsing Key Leaves.
YouTube educator and sax podcaster, Donna Schwartz interviewed us at length. Donna took some sample product and loved Key Leaves so much she later became an endorser, recommending Key Leaves to her international following of sax students.
