We provide clean new products to help the filthiest parts of your horn stay clean. Like a maker of cotton swabs or facial tissue, we never sell used, opened, or refreshed product.
We will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return. Customers have 90 days for returns or exchanges with proof of purchase, assuming the package has not been opened. We may choose to issue refund as credit or a replacement depending on the circumstance. Buyer assumes return shipping costs.
Use at your own risk
Buyer assumes all risk of use of the product(s) and should read and understand instructions, choking hazard warnings and other notices. We rigorously test all our products and repeatedly find Key Leaves safe for use on silver, copper, lacquer, brass, wood and other musical instrument finishes (and we’ve tested a whole-lot-a-horns!). But all our testing and satisfied customers can’t account for variation in some musical instrument finishes (especially vintage or refurbished). Some finishes may be too fragile for daily contact by any product. You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of this product.
